What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are cooperative, flexible and respectful. They value their work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
fair treatment and more incentives for employees esp those who are active in engagement activities. WOrkforce policy is not clear and workforce are not in sync they have different policies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Team leaders were treated well by facilities. Salary package is too small. Benefits (scholarships and attendance incentives and other incentives ) are being sent one time big time and it will be deducted as tax which is not very helpful. It could have been sent separately to salary.
