The interaction with my peer and team. Working hard and seeing results. How easily my team accepts feedback.

My Team works together extremely well. They cover each others days. Teach each other new things and no not judge each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We created an environment that everyone has a voice and everyone should do their best to pitch in where and how they can. Diversity thrives on our campaign on every level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When it comes to BPOs I am probably fairly paid. I came into the company being paid !5,000 a year less than my previous employer. I have made up some ground through promoting and put in my offer for my new position probably too low. It was accepted but I am still 5,000 below with more responsibility
