My campaigns aligned to me, people working in those campaigns, learning through client and CS calls. There is so much to learn and streamline, however somehow my manager keeps pushing things unnecessarily.
Treatment .. From the RC2 days till date, no formal feedback session was conducted by anyone to check what we like, where we are failing, what help do we need from HR's end. There is no work life balance, tremendous unnecessary pressure and timelines given always
Treat humans as Human .. We all come with some skillsets, experience and leadership skills. A good leader should always be exploring the best what an individual gets on board, rest is learning (onGoing process). Communication is the biggest asset, which seems to be missing completely. The pressure
