Genuine leadership which focuses on providing it's people the best experience rather than focusing on the negativities and politics.

Genuine Leadership and transparency. They always get to discuss what's in it for me and always challenge me to be the best in what I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In comparison with all other outsourcing companies, a lot of them offer a more competitive salary. Nevertheless, the culture and the people is what made me stay with TaskUs.
