Having a good HMO before but now it is not good at all.

There is none actually about any positive environment since we work at home

Since I am a PWD with health conditions I am unable to use the card for me to use for laboratories so there is no good benefits given by AVEGA
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to care about the heath of the employees especially those employees getting vaccine for COVID19 as there is no way for them to be absent at work especially if the employee is not yet regularized. We were not given any option as the option is to be absent and your regulatization is affected
