It is one of the best organization that I have ever worked. The Vision of the executive leadership is Ridiculously Good. It is a great company to work. But, we dont have any life. the work life balance is completely messed up. we work for more than 12 hours daily and 18 to 20 hours during the peak

Work but not the long daily hours which is now impacting the work life balance

The young dynamic team who are always trying to do that extra. Ridiculously good stories, Clear communication
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
After 1 year of doing more than 12 hours shift, I feel its time to do something different The Most positive is that the Communication which is very clear and constructive. there is not hiding
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything is Fixed. but at times I feel that we are underpaid with the amount of work that we are doing as a team. OT would have been more that Salary as we are work more that 12 / 13 hours daily
