Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I always do overtime and there should be annual upraisals for teammates with tenure of more than 18 months. I also do overtime and I feel like there should be additional compensation for people who do overtime. I am not even being recognized for my extra hours and I feel like they just need for it
