Incentives and overtime opportunities otherwise the basic pay is too low to survive

Some of them are very enthusiastic and passionate about their work and very positive people

What makes you most happy at work?

I believe the culture of TaskUs is amazing but these managers and supervisors are making their own. Need a lot to change.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They are into them only. They care about their own benefits and not seeing the bigger picture that the organization is important. Business is important, client is important. They are are just doing their own things.
