I'm satisfied with the company, just to expand their benefits like HMO, hoping to have reimbursement for medicine, vaccines etc. No salary ceiling, Work form home forever.

basic package, it keeps on increasing because of human project, hoping that there is no limit for this one.

Seeing my teammates but for now I would like to have a permanent work from home set up. It will cost me to much if returned to the office if there is no transportation allowance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Package is good, Hoping that there would be no ceiling of salary so I can able to stay here until retirement. Cost of living is always getting higher. If possible that we can get transportation allowance because the price of gas is still high. There are few public vehicles because of this.
