i get to do what i need to do to have awesome impact - people first = front line first - some hq processes bit awkward - worried about growth trajectory and ability to build capacity and deliver - need to keep innovating - stay new and fresh - am missing leadership development and path

people first - pivot when needed - culture matters deeply - innovative - healthy wellness and resilience matters - i hope we never loose that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no stock. and a good bit below market (and I understand it is a startup - but no options to make up for the gap)
What makes you most happy at work?
when I am seen and heard. when I feel safe. when i have a ginormous impact that helps TU on the path to unicorn and beyond.
