Company culture which seems every where & in every department in the office.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every is Hard Work & Dedicated towards work. I learned a lot with working the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable. Every time when we have any issue or query they listen to us & understand our situation. They try to cooperate as much as possible and help us to survive or retain.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company policies are very good & in benefit of employees. Due to policies & culture we follow at company, Coordination between different departments are very good. Every one is approachable & ready to help. We love to come to office & work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increment percentages are very less. After a whole year of hard work with no time limits what we get as a increment was not fair Also so many time we've to work on week off or holidays and couldn't able to avail C-Offs then this working day should be paid. We're working & they are just getting laps
