They are from different background/domains and hence the conversations are knowledgeable.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Engagement has taken a backseat. Up skill of Senior and Mid level management can be made a norm.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The compensation structure is not very clear. It is oversimplified and the tax filing process is rather lengthy. A POC who can provide clarity around this would be helpful.
