Happy with the facilities provide onsite. The office is great and colorful. Site head is a people centric leader. Support functions are good and responsive. WFM deptt had issues earlier but the new POC is better. HR is very supportive. Happy with the team but leadership has to change their attitude.

They are from different background/domains and hence the conversations are knowledgeable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Engagement has taken a backseat. Up skill of Senior and Mid level management can be made a norm.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation structure is not very clear. It is oversimplified and the tax filing process is rather lengthy. A POC who can provide clarity around this would be helpful.
