Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been a ridiculously good journey with TaskUs so far! I have been here for 3+ years already and I don't see myself voluntarily leaving anytime soon.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team never settles. They always strive for the best. It is reflected by the constant innovation and growth happening in our team.

They are very specific in what we (the company) want and aim to achieve, and they encourage -- not push or force -- us to deliver the best work we can do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HMO benefits for LGBTQIA+ folks! I also love how generous they are in approving our leaves. There's almost no question asked -- they (most of the time) approve it right away!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very diverse and inclusive. I am gay, and I have never felt (not even once) discriminated whatsoever, or never have I felt my coworkers being intimidated by me. Everybody is just so cool.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody at TaskUs is just so cool. There is no sense of bureaucracy going on--in a good way. I am very good friends with my direct supervisors, for example. But the respect and camaraderie are still highly present.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am surrounded by a wonderful, supportive team! When any one of us cannot make it to work, we already have a system that ensures that no work gets left undone. Everybody is ready to cover without any grudge whatsoever.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we can freely file our leaves without awaiting our supervisors' approval. We can file them on the portal and they get automatically approved already. I also love some nice practices like No Meetings Mondays, informal 121s (Or one-on-ones) with my direct supervisors, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are cool even outside of our job. We've got one who's a theater actress, one who's a TV and movie screenwriter, one who's a law student, one who's a bodybuilder, etc. We get to pursue our passions even having a fulltime job with TaskUs.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy that my supervisors and seniors are letting me pursue story assignments (I am a writer here) that are aligned in my personal interests and passions. I feel that they genuinely care about me not only as their employee but also as a person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's always an open space for all of us to talk. I like how diverse we all are in the team, and that we've got something else going on in our lives outside of our work. TaskUs allows us to pursue our hobbies and passions outside of work, and that's just incredible.
