They keep us informed, they are approachable and always looking for advice on how to be better

Helpful, cheerful, ready to assist. They have a can do attitude and its also a safe place to vent when we are having a bad day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would prefer if we were paid based on the work we are doing and not the location that we are. Pay should be equal across the board
