Although I started with the best mentality and no matter the adversities faced, my work ethics and performance remained top notch. My performance is still top notch as I keep crushing every KPI every single month the favoritism that runs in the company has taken it's toll. So overall pretty average

Team members are diverse, which is nice.

A variety of personalities, age groups, cultures, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Cracking difficult cases up and assisting other team mates.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There are many ways of rewarding good performance and the capability of being able to achieve important goals. The team will see it as an incentive to keep moving on the right direction. Make the professional development of these people a priority.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As I always like to say KPI's and metrics do not lie. I found it really frustrating when a promotion is given not based on raw data but on favoritism. A raise even, a small one would show some kind of appreciation on the constant TP and senior agents of the team, in order to keep the going.
