Overall, it's been very good as far as people interaction. We, however, need to groom or get leaders that can help in motivating their current staff instead of scrutinizing them.

Outside of the base pay and the last-minute demands that amy sometimes seem unreasonable, it is still outweighed by how I enjoy working with people from other departments, and the challenge that comes with it.

8 years. Find me someone in my position in my kind of department that would last anywhere close to 5 years in a different company. You can't find a suitable word to describe my experience.

We talk. Most of the time.

You can talk to them.

We need to get more leaders that look and assess things subjectively.

We enjoy what we do, we have fun wgile doing our job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to interact with Teammates from other departments - in person.

We communicate like equals, consider inputs as if it's just as better as the other's. And we laugh.

Most of them, I see around on site most of the time. Very rare for BPO companies these days.

The people I get to see and work with everyday, Housekeeping staff, securiy personnel, rank-and-file employees - all of them.

I get to perform my job as a person empathizes and cares, not as a robot that has a predisposed routine.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are things you can do here that could take your mind away from stress. Games, life coaches, outreach programs, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my position, I can easily ask for at least 10% more than what I'm making with regards to my workload.

Engagement. Most of the time, we cn interact with leaders without feeling like we're talking to someone above our pay grade. Most of the time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Just that there had been numerous times that I've had initiatives shut down, only for someone else to have the same idea later and be recognized for it. Recognition sort of looks and sounds subjective.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. I'm at the stage where the company-paid healthcare would no longer extend to any of my family members. 2. Looking at how my job description is in relation to what my position's market value is on most local companies does not even itself out.
