It is ridiculously good since I got promoted within less than 2 years of my stay in the company. They are providing training and boot camps to enhance your skills on your chosen path which is not available in other companies.

The company is doing its best to stick with its core values.

The leadership team always finds a way on how to make their employees happy despite the challenges we are encountering because of COVID-19.
What makes you most happy at work?
If I was able to finish my tasks on a timely manner and if the tasks provided to me is doable and the timeline given is realistic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team provides assistance to the tasks assigned to you if they feel that you cannot do it on your own or if you are having a hard time doing it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As of the moment, I am in the Interim period for a support post and I am still getting the same salary as teammates. Maybe it is better if they can provide additional allowance to those who are on their interim periods (support and team leads) since they are getting a lot of workload.
