It has been very fast. Despite a lot of great things, there is a pace that requires much intentionality to maintain and expectations that are not always realistic or thought of thoroughly before being made.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how we're both inclusive but not forceful. People are encouraged to have opinions, be respectful, and care about each other. I like that I don't feel pressured to be a certain way and that there is an expectation of honoring each other's differences: that is very healthy.
