The culture they're trying to promote and of course, my team!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall, this is the best I've had in terms of compensation at work. I didn't even have to negotiate and was never asked if my expectations were flexible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coming from a company with a very toxic work ethic, I find that here majority of the people in my department really value balance between work and their personal lives. They deliver at work but also manage to make things fun everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since I'm new I can only really speak about my direct leaders. I really appreciate our creative manager and my supervisor because they've been attentive and have been patiently guiding me. They value not just good work ethic but also the well-being of their team. And they're really fun to work with!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very nice and easy to get a long with! I really like that while they are all very professional with the work they deliver, they still manage to make things super fun and the work days enjoyable even in a WFH set up. Very grateful to be part of my team!
