Since pandemic start every thing change and we lower employee somehow are the one affected most with all the changes and things they want us to do. They just give us update of all the changes without prior notice unlike before

Nothing positive or good going on since Pandemic start

OT and other incentives sometimes they don't give it to us. We've been deducted for something we do not control
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be more considerate and do not treat us as robots. Workload keeps on piling up and target goals are getting ridiculous
