What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other if there is no tl's around to support us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are handling 2 LOBs at the moment. Right now the workload that we are experiencing is too much for 2 lobs and there are other lob that are getting on our line that need to be assisted. It is really toxic that we are already handling 2 lob at the same time and still handling misrouted cases.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For me the best leadership is listening on how his team is doing right now. If his seeing that they are having hard time on job I hope they check it why and help them the best that they can, yes we all know that we are here to work and doesn't need to rant on what the obstacle encounter to work.
