That I am working from home and traffic free :)

I just really wanted to work from home, nothing personal :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe a raise in pay and it is very difficult to have an incentive :(
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that we can chat them even if our position is only a team mate

maybe incentives for accuracy or a higher pay, not much but a little bit higher :)
What makes you most happy at work?
I am very happy because I work at home, no need to rush into traffic and commute within 2-4 hrs
