The campaign I'm in is not a toxic campaign. For that alone I'm grateful.

Our team's composed of a group of jolly and driven individuals we are able to achieve our goals as a team. And we just function well as a whole.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Just the open communication being presented where your opinions or suggestions are freely expressed. Feedbacks are constant and they consider things based on your situation, so adjustments are made when applicable and necessary. For example, leaves.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hmm, the allowance maybe, if partnered with a wee bit higher basic it could be better. I wish we have annual appraisals, but since we don't I'm just glad that it pays the bills. no room for wants for a breadwinner like me but just satisfied that I have a consistent income.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we could be offered a lot more w/ our basic, incentives or even gift certificates as part of employee driven programs, we don't even have internet allowance (WFH) nor attendance incentive, given that we're expected to always be present but a little push to keep us going doesn't seem bad.
