My overall experience is great. I have a supportive TL/OM. There's also always a career growth.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Its fun and enjoyable. I learned lots of things with my supervisor. Although, I always feel nervous because the changes in our department is very fast. One day you are working peacefully on your LOB, the next day you will be asked to move to another LOB with different workmates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the HMO package which includes two dependents

I feel like the increase that I got this year is not enough.
