Experience has been great overall. My manager is very considerate and always makes you feel he has your back. Work has been dynamic, always with a lot of updates and changes but still manageable because help and support is always there to help you get through the adjustment period.

No performance evaluation that can be a way to give salary increases. There's only one way to have an increase and that is human projects.
