Of all the BPO (and non-BPO) companies I have worked at, I have had the least amount of stress working here. I enjoy the perks, and I am glad I had the opportunity to work here.

We try to maintain a fun working experience. We laugh a lot through the successes and challenges.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We haven't everyone face-to-face ever since we started due to the pandemic, but that hasn't stopped us from being a closely-knit team.

Just having the opportunity to work makes me happy and thankful. I've experienced unemployment before, that's why I look at it this way.

We're generally a happy team, we've been together for nearly 3 years, and we totally support one another. Humor and shared challenges have bonded us together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency, as well as their efforts to make the current work-from-home setup go smoothly. They are always open to suggestions and they make it a point to follow up on all our concerns.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can only speak based on my personal experience, but so far I haven't come across "toxic" personalities at work. I think that the positivity of our higher-ups has a good effect on us.
