IF some one wants to just do a job don't need any increment so then only they join TaskUS, But if some one wants to go further so i hardly recommended to each of my known that "TELEPERFORMSNCE" is better company for growth then "TASKUS"

It's my personal opinion i don't know about others but i didn't received my internet allowances from last 15 months..
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I m doing same work from last 20 months, i login daily i work i have learn MIS as well but after doing a lot extra from my end at the end i see that i am on same place
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team have to be more interactive even I didn't get any chance to interact with OM or upper level apart from Connect 15 BCS i don't know what issue they have but my whole 19 months of work experience with i never get a chance for having an interaction with OM.
