So far so good, getting used to admin tasks, though could have been a better experience if Admin Tasks are automated, as there are a lot of trackers per department, per account, per team that I need to care for. I'm challenge with Bulacan WorkForce kind of adhoc - this takes 20% of my time everyday!

My team is driven and we are under 1 Goal! To make Chime the best account in Taskus!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At first, I was out of place bec when I was endorsed after Nesting, no formal TL onboarding was done, except for TL someone who really made time to talk to us new TLs and conducted the orientation/on-boarding. Eventually after sharing what I've observed, everyone was assisting.
