It started off great! I used to absolutely love and enjoy working here. As I've moved up to make more money to support myself, that enthusiasm has decreased. I love my coworkers, but management is not great.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, transparency, benefits. The pay is not competitive and morale is steadily declining due to management.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are so friendly and supportive! They are probably the main reason I've stayed so long. They make coming to work enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're constantly pushed to coddle our TMs and support them at all times, even when it's during unscheduled time. I am not paid fairly and I have no clear line of separation from my work like and personal life.
