What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our site amenities are the best! My leaders are highly supportive! Perks especially free meals and shuttles.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of us value "Radical Candor" wherein we're free to be us and we're free to give feedback because our company expects us to do. Always strive for excellence!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
People First culture. Everything I've wished from my previous companies, I found in Task. I like how our Operations Director mentor us and is always our go to person when we need guidance. I appreciate how our SEA VP Reg and DVP Arjay welcome us and relate to us during meetings/sessions too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although I may be the least paid OM, but am thankful to be part of the team. I'm highly satisfied with my employment. Affordable HMO is something I need though for my parents. I'm married and both of my kids are insured with hubby's HMO so am hoping I can use my 2 free dependents for my parents.
