since I have joined this company, I always get more and more exited how things are so simple and advanced at the same time. all employs and collages are hungry to do their best and help to grow each other in the mean time.

So working as a teammate in Taskus feels pretty amazing due to the nourishment and care it provides us to grow more and help to find the best in us, Thus it is a platform to work with ethics and regulation more likely it work as an institution where you practically implement and learn new things.

I am not quite sure but the things are going smooth but some of policy changes have made that smoothness have gone south.

In terms of brand value I get outside of the company is good, but when you talk about inside of the company I don't get right opportunity to get ahead in my career.

I am doing good but the wage is not that good as compare to the other process we are getting less paid for the work we do here for more than 8 hours we have take dual chats.

I have suggested many time that we should get at least 1 meal in the office either in Pluxe or compulsory diet.

Games and events should be a part of the daily routine about of 30 minutes like chess carrom or any other fun activity.

I would like to know why the pay difference it so much in different process and we don't have the option to switch back.

I have been working in this organization for past 18 months and would like to grow with this organization want to work in a more challenging job.

I would like my coworker to be in some boundaries of morals while speaking their mind they don't care if their comments sometimes affects their colleges constructive feedbacks should not include shaming and blaming in it to get the right out come from a person.
