The workplace is really cool and it looks expensive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's more on me taking interest on how I can help better to other teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All basic house rules apply to all levels. No one gets a VIP treatment on security checks, getting in the pantry, bringing food on the production area and etc. Its what I like the most because it is easier to enforce some of these house rules when no one is exempted.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should have asked for a higher salary. LOL That's on me. But I think, it will help if my planned leave can also be converted to cash since I don't use a lot of them. Small increment if you work onsite and work a GY shift.
