open lines of communication and having unified/sop for ensuring that everyone is on the same page and has similar understanding of concepts/training/knowledge base
Employees should be paid based off of merit, training and skill set as there is no current performance differentiation between high performers and low performers.
The initial contract that was signed included shift differential (which was not fulfilled). Also, there has been no change for tenure or learning additional skilling for the campaign. It doesn't make one want to take on additional tasks without appropriate compensation
