What is the best part about your compensation package?
The various retirement opportunities that are available.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my manager excludes me from meetings, decisions, and goes directly to my staff instead of allowing me to direct my team.

I would feel better about my compensation if I was paid the same as the men who have the same title as mine and overall have less experience. I believe the company should do an overall compensation review and level up those of us who are underpaid.

I make less money than others in a similar position and the leadership seems to only gives promotions and increases based on factors other than level of responsibility and contributions. There is not a clear path to promotion and raises are given before performance reviews are even completed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work with all of the various positions within my location which exposes me to work with administration to the Warden of the complex.
