Pay was jacket up for the first 8 weeks. Poorly trained supervisors who are poorly trained in leadership, threaten us with firing for minor offenses, and do not know the company policies and procedures. IT won't return my calls.

Avoid petty, offensive behavior-more respectful communication to develop and maintain trust. Engaging, attentive and inclusive supervisory/management interaction with all staff not just selective few. Avoid divisive comments and bias behaviors. I would not recommend any referrals to this department

My turnover training was not adequate and when I ask the person questions I get a negative response or I'm just ignored. No one seems to know how to help me with my responsibilities or whom to ask.

Very poor communication. A lot of people who have nothing but negative attitudes. Ever since my promotion, my schedule is supposed to be 6-2, but have maybe got out of work at 2 only a handful of times.
