What do you like best about the leadership team?
It started off to be a great experience but quickly went down hill with the change of administration. A lot of shifts happened and little room for error was accommodated for. I personal struggled briefly with the new phone operating system and have not been given adequate help to learn.

Leadership makes open ended promises and then does not deliver.

Defining a clear leader that each individual is to report to and receive feedback from. A team of 9 should not need 3 managers.

My coworkers are very unprofessional. They often take naps when they are meant to be working and post sensitive information on social media.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like the new changes in policy and equipment leave for a learning curve but the leaders do not account for that and are being very hard on us employees. They are not giving us adequate time to adjust and have even fired some employees for simple errors that just need to be worked out.
