Our pay hasn't really been adjusted in a long time. New people are hired and making way more than I do with less years of experience.

Customers have been VERY demanding, and there is not a fundamental way to make it better because of our product issues.

Our customers don't trust us, talk down on us, and don't believe we have solutions to their issues. Lots of system related issues that are out of my hands. I am just a punching bag some days.
