Executives and owners are the best. Local managers have no empathy or logic how to keep our team happy and stable. It is so cut throat that it is an unhealthy working enviorement. We are not being compensated properly because teamates are stealing sales left and right. I have never seen it so bad.

Honesty and work ethic because there is none. People keep quitting at our store. The troy store is a disaster.
