Pay your staff fairly. Stop all the bullshit about there not being any money whilst awarding yourself massive payrises which we can read about in the annual report.

be open and transparent. honestly our salary needs to be aligned correctly and not this bare minimum as cost of living is extremely expensive eg, A collogue( who is a senior) in my team is earning way more than me. I have questioned it and it was said I am in developmental stage.
