make it more on my individual work efforts, not everyone should get the same increase

There seems to be too many levels of bonus/commissions which does not go across the levels - Although I must say t is getting a lot better

the diversity of tasks is increasing and management is becoming increasingly complex. At my level, no bonus is granted, only the remuneration increases but it is a percentage therefore poorly distributed

with the many concerns about wellness and protection from Covid in particular with the on site staff reductions, working conditions are different from normal with so little people on site. But by reducing the daily staff on site that I find shows company concern for their employees
