Rough!. I came in as an EXT and wasn't converted until I informed my manager that I was looking for other opportunities. I was miss-leveled at L2 when converted and then was told that I had to get a promotion to remedy the situation. Not a great employee experience
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem passionate about making Uber the best it can be.

I'm allowed to be my authentic self and I'm celebrated for it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The connections I'm able to make. Also that I'm able to help people be most successful through my admin support
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are great people and always try to do their best. They have integrity and a desire to provide quality work. They are VERY inclusive and we all support each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401K matching would be nice. Also, leveling standards aren't consistent across my job function. The Bonus/Equity comp that my job function gets compared to other functions is sad and makes me feel unappreciated
