Uber overall is a great company, there are places for improvement in regards to some management that still need help e. i": sales, but other than that culture is great and the people you work with.

My team is like a family always trying to help one another succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
although, I love the company the compensation doesn't compare to competitors for the same work that we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Uber is very inclusive and they have a forward-thinking mindset and it gives us the freedom to express ourselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Leadership is supportive and transparent about their expectations and they are always willing give great feed back for growth and opportunities.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make an impact for the business and being able to give someone the opportunity to be apart of something great.
