What are some of the best things about your team?
We are able to communicate freely and confidently between each other and management even in this virtual environment. We really have a team bond and our manager promotes that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although I've been here for a short period of time I've noticed that the leadership is open to gaining knowledge on how to better support their team and actually act on what they are saying. They are open to criticism and advice on improvement.
