So far, it's great. I can't think of much at all that I would change.

I really enjoy the encouragement of effective communication.

Our communication is very good and willingness to learn.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The monthly Uber credits. I have yet to use the insurance benefits and the stock options are just ok for now.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity and inclusion along with open dialogue. This is the first company I've worked for where I feel like a human and not just a number.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy learning new things and I'm really learning a lot here in a career field that I am actually interested in. I enjoy not coming to work just thinking about the weekend or my paycheck.
