Very supportive and always wanting to grow their skills within Uber which is aligned to my outlook. We all believe in working together to achieve common goals as a team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think to be honest and defend Uber, our culture has dwindled because of the covid-19 situation but our daily or weekly team connections have been great and remaining engaged and challenged is a huge thing for me and Uber gives me that daily. I love the culture of learning amongst our colleagues
