The most positive part of our culture is our values! They all speak to me personally and are integrated into the foundation of everything we do.

My team is amazing because of their love for Uber, commitment to helping others succeed, ability to work as a team, and their level of knowledge. I learn from them every day.

What I love about Uber's leadership team is their transparency, visibility, and vision. I am excited by their energy and goals for Uber and love all of the Q&As they host during All Hands to answer questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with at Uber is extremely intelligent, creative, humble, and dedicated to our goals and mission. They inspire me every day to do my best work and be my best self, both inside and outside of the office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about your compensation package are the stock options and the monthly Uber credits that I can use for either Uber or Uber Eats. I also love all of the snacks, coffee bars, and lunch options at the office.
