Uber is a very inclusive place to work. I've never felt like I cannot be myself, that I have to hide who I am. It is very flexible for parents. One of the best companies for LGBTQ+ as well, which is so encouraging to see.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are really nice. Uber credits to use on both the Rides and Eats apps, wellbeing allowance with a wide range of items/classes that can be reimbursed, time off policy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all remote, but we have a leader who has helped us build great relationships. We help each other, our projects all intersect and there is no sense of having to outcompete each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I interviewed as an external candidate, I loved the energy that everyone brought to our interviews. They challenged nicely, took time to get to know me, and I got a good sense of the team dynamic from the beginning.
