Uber credit, lunch provided on office days, flexible wellness benefit, health benefits kicked into effect immediately rather than after 90 days or otherwise

Chatting with my colleagues, learning new things, and being able to help others (in my line of work, this happens to be candidates.)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind, knowledgeable and collaborative. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand. Very much a culture of "if I don't have the answer, we will figure it out together."
