I love the direction Uber is headed and proud to be a part of it. I do not want us to take our foot off of the gas with respect to RELC and our DEI hiring initiatives. I want to be seen and heard and make sure my programs are here permanently instead of a flavor of the month.

They are bold. Decisive. Lead with heart. They are brilliant and whatever they are doing to keep me drinking the Kool-Aid, it is working. :)

My team is amazing. We know what, when, and how we need to do things. Some of the teams that we engage with are not in the same boat.
