I work with smart, dedicated people who want to do the right thing for the end user. It's low politics with a focus on impact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Genuine desire to do the right thing. "Fearless and Truth-seeking" is a leadership value that I especially value, people ask fair but challenging questions to get to the heart of the matter.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have always appreciated that Uber's leadership is open and transparent - a great example is taking slido questions at all hands meetings, even difficult ones. They do not shy away from the difficult conversations.
